Andersonation is a cutting edge start-up driven by a desire to change the way independent musicians grow their popularity and build real revenue streams from their music. The company is bringing together the recourses and knowledge normally reserved for major record label artists, and make it accessible to driven, talented, but undiscovered creators in a contract-free environment.
Social media and streaming services have completely changed the way we consume music, Andersonation feels it should change the way companies approach new talent. Their platform and strategy is putting emphasis on social media and streaming platform growth and helps artists generate fans, connections, and opportunities through this growth. They’ve already done this for over 30 artists across the globe.
Founder and CEO Andrew Andraos and co-founder and CTO Michael Godwin, both Berklee College of Music Alumni, plan to use their already impressive industry knowledge, experience, and connections to drive their clients forward towards success in the music industry. Andraos has already worked with world-famous American vocal Gary Catona who has trained Whitney Houston and Andrea Bocelli among many others, and Grammy-winning producer Jason “Poo Bear” Boyd who’s credits include Justin Bieber, Usher, and Chris Brown. They are also currently partnering with Music Industry firm Sound Royalties about a potential partnership that would grant edible Andersonation Clients special priority access to over 20 million dollars in total funding for their music careers. With the help of these connections and more, they have a lofty goal of promoting over 70 artists by the end of their first year of business, 2020.
Stepping back, CEO Andrew Andraos’ success and ambition in the music industry in America comes as no surprise when you consider his prodigy-like achievements in music during his childhood in Lebanon. He completed his first composition at just 6 years of age and was invited to represent the music industry for the Lebanese government at just 14 years old. He was also the creator of more than 100 total compositions, the 87th of which, Pope of Peace went viral in Lebanon reaching the top 10 on iTunes in the country. Andraos also appeared on the famous Lebanese talent show “Ahmar Bel Khat El Arid” with Malek Maktabi, where he not only wowed audiences with his performance but participated in a televised discussion on how the government could improve opportunities for young musicians in Lebanon. He also received honors from the Saints Coeurs Ain Najm for extraordinary ability in music in 2012, 2014, and 2015. Finally, he organized the concert for the International Youth Congress for Peace at Casino Du Liban in 2016.
Andersonation is set to make a big splash in the music industry in 2020 and beyond. Their unique, artist-centric platform should give independent musicians new opportunities for financial growth, something the industry is all but void of in recent years. Andraos’ and Godwin’s experience and industry acumen are sure to bring this company and its talented cliental success for year to come.
