Simply put, UX can be described as the interaction that the user has with the products and services. So, for example, when it comes to programming a website, the front-end developer can code the website, but the UX designers or specialists will design the website’s interface. 

  • User Interface (UI)

As a newcomer in the tech design field, it is easy to confuse what UX is and what UI is. As we have seen, the UX deals primarily with how things in the website work. While on the other side UI deals with the visual elements of how things in the website look. A designer would work on how the screen appears, the pages, buttons, icons of the website ad other elements. 

  • Product management

It is not just a design-based role. UX designers, in one way, overlap with product management. This position acts as a bridge between the technical and the non-technical side. This job includes interviews and research. How can be problems be solved? 

Data

These careers are very lucrative in the tech industry. The two jobs in this category include data analysts and scientists. 

  • Data scientist

It is a more advanced data role. To be in this job, you need to have a background in mathematics and statistics. Their job involves after-the-fact data sorting and predictive analysis. 

  • Data analysts

Analysts are given data to work with. Then they use different platforms to identify key insights and also be able to create reports for different departments.
