Needle Moved: 300 Digital Transformation Leaders and Technology Evangelists gather in the UAE to discuss the Future of Low Code No Code.

Held under the Patronage of The Private Office of Sheikh Ali Rashed Ali Saeed Al Maktoum, The Middle East Low Code No Code Summit 2023, in its 3rd iteration, brought together over 300 leaders in technology and digital transformation. Among the participants were senior government officials, 25 distinguished global speakers, and over 10 industry-leading providers of Low Code No Code solutions. The summit served as a platform for the exchange of ideas related to digital innovation and entrepreneurship.

The summit reached a pinnacle moment when H.H Sheikh Ali Rashed Ali Saeed Al Maktoum took the stage to impart his insightful perspectives on “Exploring Economic Opportunities in the UAE through No-Code Solutions.”

Diverse Sessions

The summit featured an enlightening session by KPMG and Outsystems showcasing their high-performance low-code platform. Additionally, KissFlow delivered a technical presentation titled “Empowering Enterprise Transformation with Low-Code No-Code Solutions,” adding depth to the event’s discourse.

The inaugural Government panel brought together prominent thought leaders and seasoned technology veterans, including Omar Mahmoud, Department Chief Specialist in Digital Services Platforms for the Development of Government Enablement/TAMM; Ahmad Altarawneh, Senior Strategic Transformation Consultant at Dubai Police; and Hani Mashnouk, Head of Software Engineering at the Abu Dhabi Investment Office.

The exhibition and networking floor hummed with activity, featuring a diverse array of global low-code no-code solution providers and technology leaders, including HCL VoltMX, techcarrot, Kissflow, KPMG, Outsystems, Wavemaker, RapidData, S4 Digital, ToolJet, Creatio, Nagarro, and VizionForge.

Their success stories in LC/NC implementation, coupled with technical presentations, 1:1 meetings, and live solution and platform demos, were highlights for the 200+ technology leaders.

Additionally, the keynote presentation by Evandro Oliveira, COO of the Private Office of Sheikh Hamdan bin Ahmed Al Maktoum, on the “Impact of Low Code No Code Solutions in the Digital Era” proved to be thoroughly insightful and was well-received by the delegates. Discussions continued to explore diverse topics, including The Future of Open-source Low-Code/No-Code, Cloud Computing, and Democratizing Digital Transformation: Empowering Citizen Developers with No-Code and Low-Code Solutions.

Recognizing and Rewarding the best from the Low Code No Code Spectrum.

In this edition, the event seized the opportunity to acknowledge the exceptional achievements of individuals and companies, recognizing their noteworthy contributions and impactful changes in the UAE at the LCNC Awards 2023.

The celebrations hit their peak as RapidData clinched the prestigious Low Code No Code Solution of the Year Award, Omer Mohamed Faizal from Abu Dhabi University was honored as the Low Code No Code Developer of the Year, and the Dubai Electricity & Water Authority secured the award for Low Code No Code Governance & Compliance.
