While speaking about empowering an organization forward with Snowflake Data Cloud, Geoff Soon, Managing Director at Snowflake mentioned, “The purpose of Snowflake is to break down all the silos and bunkers, and allow organizations to bring together all their data as well as external data sources to drive new value, innovation and insights.”
Chris Day, Director, APAC Sales Engineering at Denodo Technologies in his tech talk spoke at length on the topic ‘Data Virtualization for faster Decision making and business agility’, he stated that, “Providing feedback, adding comments and to track down who within the organization understands data or owns the data all of these are a really valuable piece of information; especially when we want to build business agility but within the realms of governed and trusted environment.”
The show was hosted on the virtual events platform Vmeets which helped the participants to network and conduct business in an interactive and immersive virtual environment. Participants were also able to engage with speakers in Q&A sessions and network with solution providers in virtual exhibition booths, private consultation rooms and private networking rooms.
