Temperature-taking Huawei Honor Play4 Pro 5G now available on eBay for up to US$ 999

The COVID-19 pandemic not only drives up the prices of health care and pharmaceutical stocks, but also witnesses the birth of some exciting new popular devices.

We have recently found a China-made smartphone available on eBay. This 5G mobile phone, Huawei Honor Play4 Pro, can monitor body temperature at any time. It is only officially available in China, but has found its way into eBay for resale from an individual seller with a price of as high as $999 (the same as iPhone 11 Pro).

Released in China on June 3, Huawei Honor Play4 Pro is equipped with Huawei Kirin 990 processor, and uses a 40 MP super-sensitive camera. It is priced at CNY 2,999 in China, or only about $424.

One of its biggest highlights is a non-contact IR temperature sensor which can take the surface temperature of people and objects anytime and anywhere. It can record the changes in body temperature over a period of time. This is particularly useful during the pandemic and is an impressive function that represents the speed of China’s innovation.
