There are some key factors in learning how to get the correct dosage for each individual. You definitely have to take some things into consideration. For instance, the half-life of Ibutamoren is 24 hours. This means you can get by with dosing just once per day.
I personally take 20mg/day when I cycle. So, that means I take 10mg/twice per day. I always take it on an empty stomach. Once before breakfast, and then once at dinner time.
My cycle last for 12 weeks, but you can keep your own cycle anywhere between 8 and 12 weeks. It is literally so powerful, that I will see a gain of 12lb lean muscle mass around the 2-week mark.
It is also important to realize that some builders take a higher dose than I do, but that is known to increase your chances of experiencing side effects. So, I notice that as long as I stick with 20mg, I do not see any negative effects.
